I'm Anne-Marie, and I'm here to tell you about my cookbook (shown here) 'Treasures
of My Caribbean Kitchen'.
I share all of my favourite Caribbean Recipes along with stories that tell
of our rich history and culture, of battles between the pirates and the
colonial masters .
With the correct presentation ethnic cooking can be transformed into gourmet
meals so I have included several photos to demonstrate this. Also included
in my cookbook are several exotic cocktails and our world famous Rum Punch.

My ambition is to share our cooking and culture with the world, so I travel
whenever I can, to do so. Here I am at the Tokyo Prince Hotel in Japan where
I worked with the Chefs to prepare Caribbean recipes for a cocktail
reception.

On this occasion I worked with the Intercontinental hotel in Germany where I
taught the chefs to prepare our ethnic dishes which they sold at the
Museumsuferfest. I also did presentations on our cooking, culture and
history with the aid of an interpreter.
